Question 1

How do I personalise my order?

Accepted Answer

Personalising your order is simple. On the product page, enter the name, message or other details requested before adding the item to your basket. If the product allows photo personalisation, you can upload your chosen image during the ordering process. Please double-check all spellings and dates before completing your purchase, as your item will be created using the information you provide.

Question 2

Can I change my order after I've placed it?

Accepted Answer

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. As every item is made to order, we begin preparing orders quickly. If production hasn't started, we'll do our best to make the changes for you. Unfortunately, once an item has been personalised and printed, we're unable to alter or cancel the order.

Question 3

Can I order more than one item?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! You can order as many personalised items as you like. Whether you're buying gifts for family, friends, teachers or colleagues, simply add each item to your basket before checking out.

Question 4

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

As every item is handmade to order, production usually takes around 3–5 working days before dispatch. Delivery times then depend on the postal service selected at checkout. If you need your order for a particular date, we recommend ordering as early as possible.

Question 5

Which courier do you use?

Accepted Answer

Most of our orders are sent using Royal Mail. Larger parcels or bulk orders may occasionally be sent using an alternative courier to ensure they arrive safely.

Question 6

Do you ship outside the UK?

Accepted Answer

At the moment, we only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. If this changes in the future, we'll update our website with the latest delivery information.

Question 7

Are your mugs dishwasher safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our personalised mugs are produced using high-quality sublimation printing, creating a durable design for everyday use. To help keep your mug looking its best for years to come, we recommend following the care instructions provided with your order.

Question 8

Are your bottles BPA free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our personalised drinks bottles are BPA free, making them a safe choice for everyday use at school, work, the gym or when you're out and about.

Question 9

Will the design fade?

Accepted Answer

No. We use sublimation printing, where special heat-activated inks permanently bond with the product's coating. Unlike vinyl stickers or transfers, the design won't peel or crack with normal use. Following the recommended care instructions will help keep the colours looking vibrant for as long as possible.

Question 10

How are your products printed?

Accepted Answer

Every product is individually printed by hand using the sublimation printing process. Your design is first printed onto specialist transfer paper using sublimation inks before being permanently transferred onto the product using professional heat presses. This creates a bright, long-lasting finish that becomes part of the surface rather than sitting on top of it.

Question 11

Can you create a design from my idea?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We love creating unique personalised gifts. If you have a particular theme, colour scheme or idea in mind, get in touch and we'll do our best to create something especially for you.

Question 12

Can I upload my own artwork?

Accepted Answer

For many of our products, yes. You're welcome to provide your own artwork or photographs, provided you have permission to use them. For the best print quality, we recommend supplying high-resolution images wherever possible.

Question 13

Can you match school colours?

Accepted Answer

In many cases, yes. If you're ordering gifts for a school, club or team, we'll do our best to match your chosen colours as closely as possible. Please contact us before placing your order if you have specific colour requirements.

Question 14

Can you print business logos?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can print business logos on many of our products, making them ideal for promotional gifts, staff presents or corporate events. Please ensure you own the rights to use the logo or have permission from the copyright holder before sending it to us.

Question 15
